I must say, the breakfast was almost delightful, if only they could've bothered with a proper seating arrangement. the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, as I encountered some dust lurking in corners. Not to mention, I expected a complimentary treat for tolerating such mediocrity, but alas, it was not to be.

easily accessible coffee shops, conveniently located restaurants, charming atmosphere
The shower pressure fluctuated annoyingly during use!!! Stairs to my room were quite steep, making luggage management inconvenient. A few more amenities could elevate the experience significantly!!!

The large double room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a cozy night after a long day. I especially appreciated the homemade baking left as a treat. it’s a nice touch that adds a personal flair to the experience.
The shower in my room was electric, which resulted in some unpredictable water pressure—definitely not ideal for a proper rinse. I noticed a lack of various amenities that could have enhanced the stay, like a tablet for entertainment, which has been missed since my last visit two years ago.

The B&B had a charming atmosphere with a quite substantial breakfast selection. Found the room peaceful and appreciated the welcoming gesture of retro sweets. A bit more attention could improve the bathroom's condition, but overall, it made for a pleasant stay close to the city center.

Spacious rooms and fantastic breakfast!
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room, complete with a giant window that let in plenty of natural light. The tea making facilities were a real treat, with proper mugs and a selection of coffee and sweets. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic menu with generous portions that catered to different tastes. The location is perfect, just a quick stroll to several good restaurants and the river, making it a great base for exploring Inverness. The only downside was the steep stairs to my room, which weren't ideal with heavy luggage.
